- Launch the Threads app on your phone.
- Tap the profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap the menu button in the top-right corner.
- Select Account.
- Tap Deactivate profile.
- Tap Deactivate Threads profile.
- Confirm the action by tapping Deactivate.
